1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of stock issues or verification delays, processing time may extend. If so, customers will be notified via email/phone.

 

2. Shipping Duration

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free for most orders above a minimum purchase amount (set by Lumoxltd).

  • For smaller orders, a flat shipping fee may apply.

  • International shipping charges vary by country and will be shown at checkout.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A Tracking ID

  • Courier provider link

  • Delivery updates via SMS/email

Tracking status may take 12–24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions (Drone-Specific)

Drone products may require regulatory checks. Therefore:

  • Delivery may be restricted in government-controlled or high-security zones.

  • Some regions may require user identity verification before delivery.

  • Lumoxltd reserves the right to cancel orders if shipping is not permitted to the customer’s location.

 

6. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If the package is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal:

    • Re-shipping charges may apply

    • Refunds will exclude original shipping fees

 

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please:

  1. Do not accept the delivery.

  2. Take a photo/video of the package.

  3. Inform AeroVision support within 24 hours for quick assistance.

Once accepted, Lumoxltd is not liable for transit damage not reported immediately.

 

8. Wrong Address / Incomplete Address

Lumoxltd is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Wrong pincode

  • Customer unavailability

Re-delivery will be processed with additional charges.

 

9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees must be paid by the customer.

  • Lumoxltd is not responsible for delays due to customs inspections or local regulations.

  • Tracking may vary depending on the destination country.

 

10. Lost or Delayed Parcels

We work closely with courier partners to ensure safe delivery.
In rare cases of loss or long delay:

  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier.

  • Resolution may take 5–15 working days.

  • Replacement or refund will be provided based on investigation results.

 

11. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

For pre-order or out-of-stock items:

  • Expected delivery timeline will be clearly mentioned.

  • Shipping will be done as soon as stock arrives.

  • If delays occur, customers will be notified promptly.
